Application
1. MTSCO ERNiCrMo-3 is used for joining base materials such as UNS N06625 and UNS N08825.
This includes ASTM grades such as B443, B444, B446, B564, B704, B705, B751, B163, B423, 424 and B425.
2. This alloy can also be used for dissimilar welds with various nickel-chromium-molybdenum
alloys and stainless, low-alloy and even carbon steels.
3. MTSCO ERNiCrMo-3 has a low iron content (≤0.25%) and a high chromium content (>8.7%), making it an ideal nickel-chromium-molybdenum alloy and an excellent choice for coating pipes and tubes. The best choice for dilution and high chromium deposition of tubing and tubesheet.
